Does Hyprex have an expiration date?
The active content of the cans does not expire at all.
However, the cans themselves are guaranteed to work 100% for at least five years after production. Thus, the current batch will work until mid-2026. Hyprex cans use a patented "bag on valve" design that separates the active component from the propellant. As a result, Hyprex continues to work regardless of how you aim the can. It doesn't matter if it's upside down or horizontal. This is why Hyprex is so easy to use. The cans' expiration date is limited by this patented mechanism.
